Coach Spencer is also a USSF Referee Grade 8, AYSO Advanced Referee, and AYSO Referee Instructor.  He strongly believes in player development, and that winning games is something that can only follow a positive and encouraging environment; organized and focused training; commitment to the team and each other; and having fun.
